Missions, aside from intimacy with Christ, comprises the heart of this school. Our desire is to obey the very words of Jesus, the Son of God — "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature"; therefore, our aim is to train and send workers who will go out and take to the world, to every creature, the pure words of Christ, the truth of the gospel of God’s limitless, eternal love.

Since 1999, God has opened up many doors for Mount Zion to go into the nations and share the love of Christ. The school has done short-term and/or long-term work in the following nations: Macedonia, Kosovo, Israel, Peru, Guatemala, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, South Africa, Mexico, Nigeria and Russia. In addition to the opportunities to minister in the nations of the world, God has opened a door to bring in international students. Our hope and prayer is that God would raise up internationals to go and be spiritual leaders in their own nations. We have had international students from the following countries: Canada, The Netherlands, Grenada, Trinidad & Tobago, Germany, India, Peru, Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, United Kingdom, Mongolia, France, England, Macedonia, Australia, and Ireland.

As we look through the years God has been establishing the missions arm of this school, we see Him fulfilling the second & third purposes of Mt. Zion International School of Ministry:

• To train and thoroughly equip men and women to make disciples for Christ throughout the world.
• To send out those fully trained to make other disciples for Christ in the nation to which they are sent. The nationals will then spread the Gospel to their own people until the whole world is reached for Christ.

Going into the school’s 15th year, we are seeing God continue to open doors to go into the world to share the treasure of the Gospel. We rejoice in the work of His hands.
