In order to assure that all of our international students are able to obtain a student visa in time for the fall semester, we recommend that any international applications be submitted four to six months prior to the school year that is being applied for. To process the application in a timely manner please send completed application and forms in one envelope. Applicants who are accepted will be sent the I-20 form necessary for an F-1 student visa.

In addition to the requirements for all applicants, an international applicant is required to provide the following:

• Birth Certificate
• Two official forms of photo I.D. (passport, driver's license, country I.D. card)
• Copies of previous schooling and educational instruction (equivalent to U.S. high school transcript/secondary school transcript)
• HIV test results
• Signed Pledge of Agreement & Terms and Conditions form
• Medical Insurance (to be purchased upon acceptance - see www.sevencorners.com [suggested insurance for coverage])
• Phone interview with the admissions committe (an appointment will be made once the completed application and forms have been received)
