How to Apply

Keep the following checklist, fill out the application, enclose the $15 application processing fee and submit to the Admissions Department. If you have any questions please call (717) 865-2000 or you may e-mail us through our contact form here.

Admission Application Checklist

1. Application Form - Complete the application form using a typewriter or print using black or blue ink.
2. Attach a recent photo appropriately onto the application. (This is for identification purposes only, and will not affect a decision on acceptance.)
3. Have your pastor complete the Pastoral Reference Form. (If pastor is related, reference must be done by church leader/elder/deacon.)
4. Have your employer complete the Employer Reference Form. (If unemployed, please send an additional Personal Reference.)
5. Two Personal References must be completed
6. Have a physician complete the Physical Examination Report
7. Obtain a letter from your Pastor stating there are no marital issues (Married Students).
8. Application processing fee of $15 must be mailed with application.
9. Additional requirements for International Students
